Honda Accord Hybrid 2014 was officially put into production

Dubbed as the most economical hybrid car in America, Honda Accord Hybrid 2014 has commenced production.
Honda has poured $ 18.8 million into the plant in Marysville, Ohio, USA to begin production of the 2014 Accord Hybrid. That also means that Honda has factory second hybrid car in America.


2014 Honda Accord Hybrid is equipped with a gasoline engine 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter capacity and electric motors with power up to 166 horsepower. Vehicles with three operating modes are EV Drive (just an electric motor), Engine Drive (for gasoline engines) and Hybrid Drive (enable both). As a result, the car can complete the distance is 1,083 km with full fuel tank.

Currently, the 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid is considered a hybrid the most fuel-efficient in the United States with average consumption 5 ltr per 100 km. Specifically, the 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid fuel consumption at 4.7 ltr per 100 km city and 5.2 ltr per 100 km highway.
