Rolls-Royce Wraith: new official promo released


Rolls-Royce has released a new 2-minute long official promo starring their recently unveiledWraith, the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever: thanks to its 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12 engine (coupled to a 8-speed automatic gerbox courtesy of German specialist ZF) developing no less than 624 bhp and 800 Nm of peak torque from 1,500 rpm, the Wraith can sprint from 0 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.6 seconds, reaching an electrocically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).

The imposing and luxurious Rolls Royce Wraith measures 5,269 mm in length, 1,947 mm in width and 1,507 mm in height, with a a wheelbase of 3,112 mm, and weighs 2,360 kg. The model comes with deeply recessed grille, wide rear track and a dramatic two-tone color scheme, while in profile, Wraith’s bold lines, raked rear screen and sweeping fastback design gives it a decidedly unique character.

Coach doors open to reveal a sumptuous interior complete with Phantom-grade leathers and expanses of wood called Canadel Panelling. The interior ambiance is complemented by Starlight Headliner - available beyond Phantom family cars for the first time - and 1,340 fibre optic lamps hand-woven into the roof lining. In Europe, the Wraith will go on sale with a price in the € 245,000 region, though a further confirmation and more pricing details in all markets will be revealed later on.
